Tempura and Ginger Soy Sauce
Tempura is an extremely easy dish to make, little effort with amazing results. In this recipe I added a number of commonly used ingredients to deep fry. Choose your favourite meat, vegetables, seafood or fish to deep fry. Of course fresh produce will always taste better but you can use frozen as well. The dipping sauce recipe I found on the Jamie Oliver website.

Tender Squid and Green Onions with Vinegar Miso Sauce
I love cold seafood and vegetables with vinegared miso. I also make it with squid or cured horse mackerel. You can make this with the miso you already have in stock.I made it with a country-style miso that we received as a gift. The ingredients vary a little depending on how salty the miso is. Don't add all the seasoning ingredients at once; taste as you add them for the best results. Recipe by -ringo-

Chinese Style Squid & Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
I really wanted to get the bok choy to soak up some flavor. I made this and it turned out really simple and delicious, so I uploaded it so you all could enjoy it too.If you have the Chinese seasonings, adding a little bit will strengthen the flavor and give it a Chinese feel (if you add too much it will become too salty), but just using oyster sauce is still delicious. If you cook the squid too much they will become tough. From the time you start cooking until it's finished, it will only take about 5 minutes. Recipe by Hanano arashi

Quick & Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork with Golden Sauce
You can easily make this with thing readily available in the house. The flour wrapped around the meat holds in the flavors so it fits perfectly with rice.I also highly suggest putting the meat over rice and serving it as a donburi style dish. The thinly sliced meat can be thigh or shoulder meat. If you have some room in your wallet, sirloin meat is really good. When cooking, use a little bit of extra oil since the powder soaks in some of the oil.Simmer the sauce to your liking. I personally like putting the sauce on my rice, so leave a little bit extra. For 4 servings. Recipe by sachie mama

I thought the seasonings for the dish, "Goes well with Rice: Pork and Vegetable stir-fry" would also work great for stir-fried noodles. Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce
The Singapore chicken rice with ginger sauce I had at a cafe was so delicious. So I came up with this recipe to make it easily at home. You don't need to use fresh coriander if you don't like it! (Actually, I don't like it myself.)You can use boiled chicken instead of cooking it with the rice! The boiled chicken has a firmer texture, so choose whichever you like. Recipe by Nekomaruri

Stir-Fried Pork and Onion with Ginger and Ponzu Sauce
My husband absolutely loves ponzu sauce. His golden rule is that [ponzu × ginger = refreshingly delicious]. So, I borrowed his "almighty combination" to put this recipe together.-Please adjust the amount of ponzu sauce and ginger to your liking.-Add more onion to make it more filling.-I add mushrooms or other vegetables when I don't have lots of pork or when I'm cutting down on expenses.-Mincing the ginger makes it more spicy.
