Our Family's Exquisite Celery Pickles with Soy Sauce

I thought that if I cook celery like this it will be easier to eat. Since then, our family has loved eating celery.
There are no tips, but I added the sugar so that it will be easier for kids to eat. You can skip that. This dish will taste better the next day. The picture shows half the yield because I only had 1 stalk of celery. For 4 servings. Recipe by Orinta
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the celery lengthwise. Chop the leaves roughly.
- 2
Add celery and all the seasonings in a heatproof dish, and mix. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600 W.
- 3
Remove from the microwave, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. If you can leave it for 30 minutes, the celery will absorb the flavour nicely.
- 4
It looks like this after about 30 minutes.

Fried Pickles with honey mustard dipping sauce Fried Pickles with honey mustard dipping sauce
#deepfried#indvswi#indvswDeep fried pickles are an addictive finger food perfect for any get together you’re hosting whether it’s game night, movie night or cocktails with friends. If you’ve never tried deep fried pickles, it’s time to try these out for yourself. They probably do sound a little odd to those of you that have never thought of frying a pickle and I’ll admit that I was skeptical at first too. But let me tell you with their crispy, salty outside and tangy inside these little devils are down right addictive and would vanish from the plate in seconds.Note- A 'pickle' as is called in USA and Canada, is a cucumber that had been pickled in brine, vinegar, or other solutions and left to ferment for a period of time. In this recipe, I have used Dill pickles. Shuchi Jain -
Delicious Tartar Sauce without Pickles Delicious Tartar Sauce without Pickles
I love a tartar sauce that has a lot of veggies in it. When I replaced the pickles with vegetables rubbed with sushi vinegar, it was so delicious. As you can see, it's so easy to make this without pickles It goes great with a salad or sauteed fish.Finely chopping up the vegetables and the egg helps the flavors blend well with the mayonnaise and makes the sauce smooth, so it's easy to eat with fried foods. If you're having this with bread or canapés, use a little less mayonnaise so it's less runny. If you're going to use it as a sauce, then add in some milk to thin it out! Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

Easy Pickles with Sushi Vinegar Easy Pickles with Sushi Vinegar
My aunt taught me how to make these pickles. I simplified the recipe using sushi vinegar.I don't have any hints, but in Step 2 don't let the vinegar flavor dissipate by letting it boil for too long. But you should let it come to a boil once since the liquid contains water. For an easy to make amount. Recipe by Chobikoro cookpad.japan -
