Bean Sprouts With Sesame Vingar Soy Sauce

My mother used to make this for us a lot. It's so light, and I've always loved it.

Be sure to squeeze off all the excess moisture from the bean sprouts. If you marinate them for a while in the refrigerator and let the flavors blend together really well, they'll be even more delicious and refreshing. For 1 bag of bean sprouts (200 g). Recipe by Gomamaron

Ingredients

  1. 1 bagBean sprouts
  2. 1 tbspeach ● Grain vinegar, soy sauce, ground sesame seeds
  3. 1 dash● Honey (or sugar)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the bean sprouts for about 20 seconds, and drain. Mix the ● ingredients together.

    Squeeze the bean sprouts to remove any excess moisture. Combine with the ● ingredients. Done! Chill and marinate in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend together.
