I wanted to come up with a new recipe for konnyaku. I usually give it a Japanese flavor, so I tried giving it a western-type seasoning this time.

Cooking Instructions

Score the surface of the konnyaku in a crisscross pattern. Boil the konnyaku for about 3 minutes, and drain.

Pan fry the konnyaku in butter slowly.

Lower the heat a little and add the ☆ ingredients to the pan. Simmer until there's almost no moisture in the pan. Shake the pan so that the flavoring ingredients get distributed evenly.

Sprinkle with the green onion to finish.
