Sift flour into a bowl add in salt & yeast then mix the dry ingredients then add in the 1/2 cup warm milk mix well add in the 1 table spoon oil knead well if it not sticky enough add in the 1/2 cup water mix well.

The original recipe of bazlama bread has chopped parsley on it & it is added while frying then you chop the parsely & put on the bread after you have brush it with some oil or you can use dried parsely, I did not have parsely at hand so I did my own like that.

Knead it on a surface or chopping board dusted with flour knead for like 5-10 minutes then drizzle some oil on it & keep in a warm place for 1-2 hours.

After 2 hour time remove the dough deflate the air in it cut into 6 or 8 pieces then roll each piece on the board then brush your pan with oil & put the bread then I sprinkle some sesame seed & turn the other side until brown color is achieved then repeat the process with the remaining pieces.
