Ingredients

  1. 2&1/2cup of flour
  2. 3 tbspnpowdered milk
  3. Parsley
  4. 4 tbspnsugar
  5. 1/8 cupolive oil
  6. 1/2 cupwarm milk
  7. 1tspn of active yeast
  8. 1/2tspn of salt
  9. Curry & mixed spices
  10. Grated scotchbonnet & onions
  11. 1seasoning cube

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the dry ingredients together in a clean bowl, mix & add the olive oil, mix, add the grated scotchbonnet & onions, mix all together.

    Wash the parsley & add, mix, use the warm milk to make a soft dough, knead & keep in a warm place to rise. Cut & roll in a rolling pin, place in pan & heat at low flame, turn both sides & enjoy.

    I served mine with peppered fish soup.
