Cooking Instructions

Mix flour and all dry ingredients, add buttermilk or youghurt and make a dough. Cover,keep in a warm place 1-2 hours to rise.

Blend peppers, onions, garlic. Grate Carrots, green pepper and ginger.

Put oil in the pan and pour in the blended mixture to drain water,

Add Ginger, green pepper, seasoning and spices and stirfry for 2 min then whisk eggs and pour with Carrot on low heat and continue to stir.

For some couple of minutes and then done. Keep aside

Bring your dough, make sure you always sprinkle flour on the board so as to prevent the dough from sticking.

Portion your dough into small balls, and roll into a thin circular sheet

Preheat your pan on moderate heat and grease with butter and place your sheet on, note on moderate heat.

When it starts bubbling from the top as below, you flip to the other side.

You can use sauce of choice, likewise the carrot egg sauce can be use for rice, pasta etc. Choa 😘😘

I love Naan especially fresh and hot. It is surprising easy to do in your air fryer and because you are using an air fryer, you don't get any smoke like you do when you use a cast iron pan.This recipe is super flexible. You can use different sweeteners though they need to be sugar in nature for the yeast to work. As well, you can mix in things like dried fruit just before you let the dough prove; make sure your mix ins don't contain salt or too much moisture.If you want something that is whole wheat based, you can swap 2 cups of flour for it.If you feel like adding some seasoning to the rolled out dough before you air fry it, that works too.
