  6. 1/3 cupheavy cream (about 80 ml)
  7. 9 ouncessmoked salmon (about 250 grams)
  8. 2 teaspoonsvodka (about 10 ml)
  9. 1organic lemon
  10. 1 teaspoongelatin (about 5 grams)
  11. Salt, to taste
  12. Pepper, to taste
