Melt the butter over low heat, remove from heat, and let cool. Crumble the crackers and add them to the butter. Place in a ring mold and compact. Let rest in the fridge for about an hour

Extract the juice from the lemon and blend it with the salmon. Add the mascarpone and the grated lemon zest

Whip the cream and add it to the mixture

Adjust the mixture with salt and pepper. Soften the gelatin in water and dissolve it in the vodka. Combine with the mascarpone, cream, and salmon mixture

Spread the mixture over the chilled cracker base in the ring mold and smooth the edges. Let rest in the fridge for two hours

Decorate with red currants, smoked salmon, and chives
