There's no way that I could wait months for this...

If you let it sit for longer, the color of the wine will deepen. Take the apples out of the jar within a year. (We use it to make jams or grate it to make drinks.)
The remaining rock sugar will not completely dissolve, so in order to help it do so, please turn it over every day. Recipe by Gubigubipuha-

Ingredients

  1. 2 smallapples Apple
  2. 1cm wide slices Lemon
  3. 150 gramsCrystal rock sugar
  4. 400 mlLiqueur for fruit wine (70 proof)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the skin of the apples well, cut the apples (without peeling) into 6-8 pieces and remove the core. As for the lemon, remove the peel and the white pith.

    Add what you made in Step 1, the sugar, and the liqueur into a heat proof container. Cover it with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool as is then cover it with a sterile lid and store it.

    Hold on tight for 3 days! After that, you can serve it with soda or make your original mixed drink.
