  2. Tomato paste
  3. Pepper and onion
  4. Veggies
  5. Seasoning

    Parboil your spaghetti and drain the water then add cold water to stop the cooking process

    Fry your tomato paste with onion and ginger, garlic, curry then add your blended pepper and leave to fry after seasoning it.

    Cover the mixture and leave to fry for a while but make sure it's a lil over seasoned so it can be tasty when you put in your parboiled

    Put in the spaghetti and mix together then leave it for a while so the spaghetti soaks in the sauce then you add your veggies and your Jollof spaghetti is ready 😋
