Ingredients

  1. Flour 3cup and 1/4 cup
  2. 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
  3. 1 cupButter
  4. 1/4 cupPowdered milk
  5. 1/4 cupOil
  6. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  7. Vanilla flavour 1tblspn
  8. Dates paste
  9. Corn flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add your dates paste, add corn flour and some butter, mix until well combine. Mould it into small small balls and set aside

    In another bowl add in butter and sugar mix it well till fluffy, add powdered milk, oil and vanilla flavour keep mixing till Creamy

    Add baking powder, Gradually add flour and mix till you get a tick dough, keep kneading for 3mnt until soft

    Take the portion of the dough and flat it in your palm then add the datas ball in the centre and mould it to foam a ball, repeat till all are finished

    Then use your desire cutter to design it(I used mamoul cutter to design mine) bake at 180 till golden brown (up and down heat). Enjoy. (I served mine with chilled juice😋😋😋)
