Ingredients

  1. 2Ham Hocks
  2. 1-2 LitresWater (cover food)
  3. 2Carrots roughly chopped
  4. 2Celery Stalks roughly chopped
  5. 1Onion roughly chopped
  6. 500 gramsSplit Green Peas
  7. 2 tablespoonsMinced Garlic
  8. Salt, Pepper and Herbs to taste
  9. 2 teaspoonsMSG

Cooking Instructions

8 hours
  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours

  2. 2

    Remove Ham and pull meat from the bone.

  3. 3

    Blend soup together

  4. 4

    Add ham back into blended soup and cook for a further hour on low
