Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti for 1 person, boiled
  2. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 200 gbeef
  4. 400 gcherry tomatoes
  5. 2large cloves garlic, thin sliced
  6. 1 teaspoonsalts
  7. 1 cupspinach
  8. 1/2holland onion
  9. Chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled spaghetti

    In a pan, heat the olive oil. Add meat and cook over medium heat, stirring until browned. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add all ingredients (except for spinach) and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Bring to boil and simmer until liquid has been absorbed.

    Add cooked spaghetti to pan. Add salt and chilli flakes to taste

    Add spinach and cooked until just wilted.
