Delicious Quiche

I wanted to eat a rich but healthy quiche, so I stuffed the pie crust with vegetables that are delicious when baked.

Use your favourite fillings such as bacon, ham, onion, spinach or mushrooms.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3Cherry tomatoes
  2. 1/3pack Mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms
  3. 1/5 bunchKomatsuna (or spinach)
  4. 50 ml〇Heavy cream
  5. 50 ml〇Milk
  6. 1〇Eggs
  7. 1 dash〇Salt and pepper
  8. 1 dash〇Parmesan cheese
  9. 1Crispy pie crust

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place the pie crust in the pie pan, and cut the excess crust off (by rolling a rolling pin over the tart pan or cutting with a knife).

    Cut each cherry tomato into 4 wedges. Cut the shimeji mushrooms and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.

    Add the 〇 ingredients into a bowl, and mix.

    Put the komatsuna, shimeji mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes on the pie crust.

  5. 5

    Pour in the Step 3 egg mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180℃.

    Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
