Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1pack Konnyaku noodles
  2. 1 blockTofu (small size)
  3. 1/2 tbspMiso
  4. 1/2 tbspSugar
  5. 1 tspGround sesame seeds
  6. 1 tspMayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the konnyaku noodles into bite-sized lengths, boil in water, then drain to remove the bitterness.

  2. 2

    Combine the rest of the ingredients and thoroughly blend together until even.

  3. 3

    Once it has the consistency of a dip, pour it over the konnyaku noodles, garnish with your choice of vegetables, then serve.
