Easy-to-Make with a Microwave Broccoli

It's better to use a pot for boiling large amounts of broccoli, but I always use a microwave when it's a small amount.

By adding water, it prevents the broccoli from becoming dry. I cooked this using a 500 W microwave. Shorten the time if you are using a 600 W microwave. Be careful not to overcook the broccoli. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 headBroccoli
  2. 1 dashSalt
  3. 2 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the broccoli and break into small florets. Add a little water into a heatproof container and sprinkle salt. Microwave for 1 1/2~2 minutes.

    Drain the broccoli in a sieve and let cool.
