Easy Quiche

I love the combination of bacon and spinach But, if you add shiitake mushrooms, it's even more delicious Be sure to give it a try Use what you have at home and you don't even need to worry about having heavy cream or a puff pastry.
You can also add sausages and other mushrooms if you like You can also bake this in an oven. This doesn't even take 30 minutes to make and during the 15 minutes it's baking, you can prepare other foods as well! Recipe by Sunu-pi-z
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Parboil the spinach and cut into 3 cm pieces. Thinly slice the onions, bacon, and shiitake mushrooms.
- 2
Heat butter (or margarine) in a frying pan and saute the onion, bacon, shiitake mushrooms, and spinach, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 3
Beat the eggs well to mix the yolks and whites. Add the milk to the eggs and mix in a bit of salt and pepper.
- 4
Transfer the sautéed fillings from Step 2 into a heatproof dish and top with cheese. Pour Step 3's egg mixture on top.
- 5
Bake in a oven for 15 minutes to finish The pictured quiche is a double batch for about 4 people made in a 23 cm dish In this case, 3 eggs and 80 ml of milk worked well!

Easy Quiche at Home Easy Quiche at Home
I used whatever ingredients I have at home to make this quiche. It's perfect to serve to guests. For the other vegetables:I recommend you add spinach for color, but you can also use other vegetables. Try onions, mushrooms, or whatever you have at hand...You can freeze the pie crust so make in large batches to come in handy later. For one 21 cm [8.3 in] sized tart pan worth.
