Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2pieces Raw salmon
  2. 2Potatoes (medium)
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 10 gramsMargarine (butter preferred)
  5. 2 tspOlive oil
  6. 1Parsley (if you have some)
  7. 1/2Egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the margarine/butter in a frying pan. When the margarine/butter has melted, put the salmon in and pan-fry.

    Remove the bones from the cooked salmon, and flake it.

  3. 3

    Peel the potatoes and boil them. Drain well, and mash.

  4. 4

    Heat up the frying pan again with 1 teaspoon of oil over a low heat.

  5. 5

    Beat the egg.

  6. 6

    Mix the flaked salmon and mashed potato together, divide into 4 portions, and form into patties.

  7. 7

    Dip the patties into the beaten egg, and pan fry.

  8. 8

    When both sides are brown, they are done. Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
