Cooking Instructions

Boil the potatoes and break them up using a fork.

Finely chop the onion and stir fry in a sauce pan with a teaspoon of oil over low heat until golden.

Add the meat to the onion and stir. When the meat is brown, add the salt, pepper, douban jiang, sake and the oyster sauce. Mix well.

Mix the potatoes and the ingredients from the previous step together.

Once cool, split it into fourths to make into patties.

Cover each of the patties with beaten egg. Cook each side with a frying pan with oil.

Make scrambled eggs with the left over egg and serve together.
