The cake is eggless, which means I didn't use eggs
1. I used the normal wheat flour,I bought the wheat and grinded it into flour
2. You can use olive or coconut oil
3. You can use any low calorie sweetener of your choice

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupoil
  3. 1 tbsvinegar
  4. 0.5 tspvanilla
  5. 1 cupmilk water
  6. 0.5 tbsbaking powder
  7. 1/4 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add 1 tbs of vinegar into your milk water
    Note: milk water(powdered milk+water)

    Sieve your wheat flour to remove shaft.....
    In a bowl put in your dry ingredients (wheat flour,baking powder and powder milk)

    In a bowl put in your oil and sugar, beat until it bubbles
    Then add in you milk curd(half)

  4. 4

    Add in the dry ingredients bit by bit until it combines

  5. 5

    Add in the remaining half cup of milk curd

  6. 6

    Put in a pan and bake
    The cake came out fine
    Don't know why it perforated at the top
