Ingredients

  1. Okra (fresh)
  2. Beef
  3. Dry catfish
  4. Crayfish
  5. Dry stock fish
  6. Fresh vegetable (pepper/tattasai, atarugu, onion)
  7. Spring onion / Lawashi
  8. Water
  9. Seasoning
  10. Ginger garlic paste
  11. Daddawa dry powder
  12. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put water on fire 🔥, wash and add beef and all the dry fishes, add ginger-garlic paste, onions, seasoning & salt and cover until cooked

  2. 2

    Then mash the veggies in a mortar and add to the pot, also add daddawa and palm oil and cover to cook

  3. 3

    Grate the fresh okra and cut the spring onion, now add these and stir, then allow to cook on fire for a few minutes 👌
