Dan Dan Noodles with Spaghetti

I always make dan dan noodles with yakisoba noodles or somen noodles, but I tried making it with pasta when I was short on ingredients, and it was delicious。
If you want to make it spicy, add some sliced red chili pepper.
This is delicious made with somen or ramen noodles too.
I recommended sprinkling with some ground white sesame seeds to finish. Recipe by Satokopanta-ni
Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the pasta so that it's on the firm side.

Put some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the ◎ ingredients. Add the ground meat, doubanjiang and miso, stir fry some more, add the soup stock granules and water, and simmer.

Add the cooked pasta, simmer a little and it's done.

The noodles are soupy here, but a soupless variation is delicious too. In that case, reduce the water by half, and cook the pasta so that it's a bit soft.
