This Durga Puja, Navratri and Diwali gift your loved ones with this Nutritious and Healthy Oats, Seeds, Dry Fruits and Nuts Laddoos without any White refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. It's almost a no cook Laddoos apart from Pan toasting the Oats, nuts & seed or you can skip that too but it enhances the flavour of the Laddoos and gets rid of the extra moisture in them, so try not to skip. While the toasted oats, nuts and seeds are cooling, you can quickly deseed, chop and smash the dates, once nuts cools chop that too roughly and mix in everything and form Laddoos, it's that quick and easy.
As I told you it's great as a gift on any Festivals and make it for your everyday snacks, in between hunger pranks when you want to have something sweet or as a pre workout energy bars or when you are traveling too.
The amount of sweetness ( by the dates, raisins & Goji Berry) is just right! Perfect for all ! Good way to even make children eat the oats, dates, dried fruits, seeds and nuts altogether without any fuss.
Note :
1.In order to skip from adding water to the dates to make paste I have smashed it, as without water the dates not going to get grinded in the mixer grinder jar as it's too sticky.
2. You can add dried figs and other dry berries and seeds too.

On a wooden board, roughly chop the dates and with a wooden or metal mallet oiled with coconut oil, smash the dates as fine as you can. Put the smashed dates in an oiled steel plate, add in your chopped nuts, mixed seeds, gozi berry and raisins, cinnamon powder and the oats and give it a good mix (apply Coconut oil to your palms).

  3. 3

Take small portion of mixture and form Laddoos as per your desired size by rolling it in between your palm (please apply Coconut oil whenever your palm becomes sticky but dont use excess).Keep it on a parchment paper. Once you finish making keep it in an airtight container in fridge, if not consuming the same day. It's great as a snacks, in between hunger pranks, as pre-workout energy bar and great as a gift in Festivals to your near and dear ones who wants to eat nutritious and healthy Laddoos.
