This is a No Bake Granola Bar Recipe which is sugar-free and made without oven. It is flavored with cinnamon powder and power packed with oats, nuts, seeds and dates. Granola Bars are available in the market but they are expensive and made using sugar. It is very simple and easy to make these bars at home and we can make it healthy by replacing sugar with dates. There are different ways of making granola bars. This is the most simplest one which is not only healthy but delicious too. Please do try it out.

This is a No Bake Granola Bar Recipe which is sugar-free and made without oven. It is flavored with cinnamon powder and power packed with oats, nuts, seeds and dates. Granola Bars are available in the market but they are expensive and made using sugar. It is very simple and easy to make these bars at home and we can make it healthy by replacing sugar with dates. There are different ways of making granola bars. This is the most simplest one which is not only healthy but delicious too. Please do try it out.

Heat a pan. Add oats and dry roast it for about 5 to 7 minutes on medium to high flame. If using oven then roast it for about 10 to 15 minutes at 160°C.

Remove it into a large mixing bowl. To it, add cinnamon powder and mix well.

Add all the dry fruits and seeds. Add olive oil and mix well.

Add the dates to a blender and blend the it into a fine paste. The dates I used were soft. It could be pressed with fingers so I didn't soak it in hot water. But If the dates are hard, soak it in hot water for few minutes and then grind without water to make a smooth paste.

Add the blended dates to the mixture and mix it well with both your hands.

Take a tray. Place butter paper or parchment paper on it. Add the mixture into it. Spread and press it with the help of a flat spoon or spatula. Add some chopped dry fruits and coconut powder on top and press it with a flat spoon or spatula.

Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set. After one hour drizzle some honey on it. This will help to stick the garnished dry fruits and coconut powder and will also make the granola bar look glossy. Again allow to set for another one hour. After it is set for two hours, remove the tray from the refrigerator and cut into desired shape.

Healthy and Delicious No Bake Granola Bars are ready to enjoy.
