This is also a recipe that I learned from my mother. Since it makes the cabbage tender and easier to eat, she told me, "make sure you put the pork on top of the cabbage".

Melts in Your Mouth! Tender Pork Belly Curry
I really wanted to eat meltingly tender pork belly curry.By parboiling the pork belly slowly, it becomes meltingly tender!Just simmer for an hour, or if that's not possible, for at least 30 minutes. This pork belly curry is as good as the pork belly cube curry from a certain curry restaurant.Since a lot of the fat in the pork is eliminated by browning and boiling, it's surprisingly healthy.Although the pork is parboiled, since the boiling liquid is used too, you don't lose any of the rich flavor! Curry Flavored Pork Rice Bowl with Leftover Mango Chutney
I always have mango chutney left over after I make soup curry."I should use it up!" , I thought, and used it on the pork rice bowl that I normally make.... yet it was not quite as delicious as I had hoped. So I added some curry powder and it came out great. I guess the chutney doesn't really work without a curry flavor. If you dislike the bitterness of the spinach, cut the spinach into desirable lengths, soak in water for about 2 to 3 minutes, and drain really well. You may not notice the bitterness after this. Homemade Restaurant-Style Pork Curry
Before payday, enjoy this budget-friendly and delicious pork curry made with 'pork scraps'. Even though it uses store-bought roux, it's definitely different from your usual curry. The origin of this recipe: 'Curry block meat' is often sold, but it seems scarce, tough, and expensive. I love pork curry, so I tried making a restaurant-style curry at home. Just tasting it makes you want rice!

Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry
I made various types of curry-flavored meat stir-fries from recipe books, but I was rarely able to get it to turn out how I wanted.I figured I would think of a recipe myself, tried several times, and was finally able to come up with a taste that I could approve of~ .This is delicious .This burns easily if you over-sauté, so be careful after adding the flavoring ingredients. You can if course, use meat other than pork offcuts.Season with salt and pepper for the finishing touch while checking the taste. This calls for lots of onions, so reduce the amount if you dislike them . For 2 peoples. Recipe by Iku..

Curry-Flavored Pumpkin & Bacon Garlic-Butter Stir-Fry
I wanted to use pumpkin to make a side dish. So, I tried using it in my current addiction, garlic butter stir-fry, and added some curry powder for a slightly spicy flavor. It turned out delicious! If you slice the onions thickly, they will become sweeter and delicious when steamed! If you are making this for small children, only use a moderate amount of curry powder (1/4 teaspoon) or switch it out for consomme powder, which is also delicious. Curry Flavoured Chicken Breast Piccata
I made piccata out of inexpensive chicken breast to turn it into a moist and delicious dish.Since you tenderize the chicken and make it thinner, it doesn't take long to cook (It takes about 2 minutes on each side). If you marinate it the night before, it'll come in handy if you want to prepare it as a bento side dish the next morning. It's also tasty to sprinkle with grated cheese at the end and cook for 1 minute with a lid on. Sandwiches made with this chicken are also delicious. Recipe by Kuushinsai
