Curry Flavored Pork Fillets

This is also a recipe that I learned from my mother. Since it makes the cabbage tender and easier to eat, she told me, "make sure you put the pork on top of the cabbage".

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 300 gramsPork filet
  2. 1Salt and pepper
  3. 1 tbsp○ Plain flour
  4. 1/2 tspCurry powder
  5. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 2 tbspMirin
  7. 1 tbsp● Sake
  8. 1 tspSugar
  9. 1Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pork fillets into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Combine the all-purpose flour and curry powder and coat the pork with it. Pan-fry both sides of the pork and move them onto a plate.

    In the same skillet, add the ● seasonings and bring it to a boil. Return the pork and coat quickly. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage while they are still hot and enjoy.
