Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupwarm water
  3. 1 tbspyeast
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 50 gbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together, and wet ingredients together except butter

    Add in the wet to the dry ingredients and mix

    Mix till it’s well incorporated, then you add in the butter and knead for 20/30 minutes to become very soft

  4. 4

    Cut into 10 pieces, mold to a ball shape an arrange on a tray, cover and let it rise for 30mins, depending on the weather.

  5. 5

    Always preheat your oven! put your dough in the oven for 20mins, also it depends on how hot the oven is. And you have yourself a soft bread buns.
