In a large bowl combine sugar, yeast,salt, milk and water. Add in the melted butter.

Add in 4 cups of flour, mix in the flour till well mixed. it should be tacky and not stick to your hand. The dough should be nice and smooth.

Put the dough in a lightly greased bowl and let it rise for an hour.

After it have risen, divide the dough into 12, 10 or 8 Portions depend how big you want your buns.

Whisk in 1 egg and 1 tbsp water, brush the top of the buns with the egg wash,it give it nice shiny brown finish. Sprinkle the sesame seeds.

Bake in an oven, until its nicely brown.

IKR?Just when I was about to give up, this recipe happened! I was messing around and thought to myself, "why not add the avocado into the dough?" The rest is history. The biggest challenge is to make a vegan "egg wash" so that the sesame seeds will adhere to the buns. "A simple syrup will do the trick", I thought to myself again. It works! I even sprinkled some extra rolled oats to sorta distinguish this from a normal burger bun. Expect more vegan burgers coming your way.
