Ingredients

  1. 4 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 2 1/2 tspyeast
  3. 2 tspsugar
  4. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 1/4 cupbutter(melted)
  7. 1/2 cupwarm water
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 tspwater
  10. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl combine sugar, yeast,salt, milk and water. Add in the melted butter.

    Add in 4 cups of flour, mix in the flour till well mixed. it should be tacky and not stick to your hand. The dough should be nice and smooth.

    Put the dough in a lightly greased bowl and let it rise for an hour.

    After it have risen, divide the dough into 12, 10 or 8 Portions depend how big you want your buns.

    Whisk in 1 egg and 1 tbsp water, brush the top of the buns with the egg wash,it give it nice shiny brown finish. Sprinkle the sesame seeds.

    Bake in an oven, until its nicely brown.
