Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour,sugar and water to make a thick batter, add pinch of salt and mix

    Heat oil in frying pan, dip the hikima iron, when the iron is hot, remove and put into the batter, then remove and dip inside the oil, shake it Gradually until the hikima is out from the iron, repeat the process until the batter finished
