Cooking Instructions

Soak the dried ugba in water to soften and drain in sieve.

Rinse your ugba also

Slice the leaves

Put small palM oil on the fire and to heat up small and remove from fire

The add the crayfish and African nutmeg and mix well
- 6
Add small seasoning
- 7
Add pepper and seasoning and mix until it fluffy and set aside

Mix the abacha and ugba together add the garden egg leaves
- 9
Then mix with the abacha sauce with the vegetables
- 10
Enjoy with fried fish
