Add in roughly mashed banana

Fold in gently dry ingredients

Then fold in walnuts coated with 1 tbs flour

Don't over mix it then pour into a greased loaf tin then place some extra walnut on the the top bake into a preheated patila for about 20 mins

Cut into slices when cool then serve with tea or coffee whatever you like.
