Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspcoriander seeds
  2. 1 tblspn Jeera
  3. 1 tblspn white sesame seeds
  4. 1 tspn black pepper
  5. 6-7cloves
  6. Some Dagad ful
  7. 2bay leaves
  8. 2star anise
  9. 1 tspn Shahi Jeera
  10. 1/2 cupscrapped coconut
  11. 6-7bedgi chilli
  12. 1-2spicy dry red chilli
  13. 2onion roughly chopped
  14. 6-7garlic
  15. 1small piece of ginger
  16. As RequiredOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients except onion, garlic and ginger. Dry roast it. Let it cool.

  2. 2

    Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add onion, garlic and ginger. Saute till it becomes golden in colour. Let it cool.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients together in the mixture jar. Grind it. Keep it in the fridge for further use.
