Ingredients

  1. 6-7large parsnips, ends removed cut into long strips,
  2. Pure Canadian maple syrup,
  3. Sea salt & black pepper to season

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 180 (fan) and line a baking tray with foil. Lay out the sliced parsnips.

    Drizzle generously in maple syrup, season well with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly in the syrup.

  3. 3

    Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking until golden and caramilised. Serve and enjoy! :)
