Simple fried chicken

Attending a housewarming party. Decided to take this chicken to my hosts and the other guests. This recipe is catering to quite a large number of people.
Cooking Instructions

Cut your chicken in desired sizes. Wash. Marinate with all the spices. I marinated mine overnight and refrigerated it.

Cut your onion, chop ginger and crush garlic.

Put your marinated chicken in a pot. Add onion, ginger, garlic and very little water to allow the chicken absorb all liquid when cooked. (We don't want to waste all the ' delicious ' water). Allow to cook till well cooked. Stirring from the bottom upward at regular intervals so the chicken cooks out evenly.

Stir carefully to avoid excessive breaking of chicken parts or removal of flesh from bones.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Deep fry chicken till golden brown.

Drain from oil in a colander. I used kitchen napkin to drain off excess oil
