Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the chicken with the ingredients marked ★ (garlic, ginger juice, salt, sake or wine, pepper) and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- 2
Dust the marinated chicken lightly with the flour.
- 3
Return the chicken to the bowl with the marinade and add the mayonnaise. Mix well to coat the chicken completely. It tastes better with a lot of mayonnaise.
- 4
Use storebought cornflakes that aren't sugar coated. Use plenty of it to coat the chicken.
- 5
Coat the mayonnaise-coated chicken generously with the cornflakes that have been crushed a bit beforehand.
- 6
Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper, and place the chicken pieces on it in a single layer. Bake in a pre-heated 180°C oven for about 20 minutes. Please adjust the time based on your oven.

These are great by themselves, or on buns with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. You could cut the chicken up in strips for wraps or in chunks for boneless wings. You could also throw them on top of a salad. Chef Nena
