Mix dry ingredients ingredients first.Flour, salt,sugar and mix well.

Then add wet ingredients milk,egg,butter mix well.

Knead it until it become dough.Then divide into two.Set aside the other part and cover.

The other half combine it with the melted chocolate then knead.Until it distributed wel.When done cover and leave to rise for an hour.

After an hour.Form a ball shape then arrange in a moulder.
- 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins at 20c.

But the chocolate won't listen to me when the temperature changes, so it isn't good for storing or letting sit out. I don't like eggs and want to make a version without egg whites, but the chocolate is difficult. If you are okay with egg whites, then that type is definitely better.Chocolate has oil in it, so I can't recommend freezing it. It is good to make it right away and then use it when you need it. It will tear easily once you chill it in the fridge, so warm it up for 10 seconds at 100 W in the microwave. The chocolate is warming up a bit, so please take care not to overheat it. The sheet will shrivel, and break apart when stretched out, which means that it has been overheated. (You heat it up twice in the recipe).
