  1. 2 cupscooked rice
  2. 2 oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 tsp chana dal
  5. 1 tsp urad dal
  6. 2 tsp peanuts
  7. 2green chillies chopped
  8. 1red chilli
  9. 1 stickcurry leaves
  10. 1 tsp hing
  11. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp lemon juice
  13. 1 tsp sugar
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 2 tsp grated coconut
  16. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take cooked rice in a bowl add salt, sugar,lemon juice mix it.

    Heat oil in a pan add peanuts, chanadal,urad dal, mustard seeds,hing curry leaves, chillles both saute it add turmeric powder.

    Add prepared tadka to rice and mix it well add coconut and coriander leaves mix it well. It's ready to serve.
