Cooking Instructions

Cut paneer in pieces. Make paste of soaked cashews.

Heat butter add jeera let it crackle,add bay leaf,cloves, peppercorns,chillies saute for a while,add tomato puree,cashew paste and cook it for few minutes.

Add powder masala,salt and cook till oil seperates.

Add coconut milk mix it add paneer pieces mix well. It's ready to serve.

Can be served with rice,roti,phulka.
