  1. 200 gmspaneer (homemade)
  2. 1tomato pureed
  3. 10cashews soaked
  4. 3/4 cupcoconut thick milk
  5. 1spoon ginger paste
  6. 2red chillies slit
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 2 cloves
  9. 4peppercorns
  10. 2spoon butter
  11. 1spoon jeera
  12. 1spoon turmeric powder
  13. 1spoon kashmiri chilli powder
  14. 1/2spoon jeera powder
  15. 1/2spoon coriander powder
  16. 1spoon garam masala
  17. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut paneer in pieces. Make paste of soaked cashews.

    Heat butter add jeera let it crackle,add bay leaf,cloves, peppercorns,chillies saute for a while,add tomato puree,cashew paste and cook it for few minutes.

    Add powder masala,salt and cook till oil seperates.

    Add coconut milk mix it add paneer pieces mix well. It's ready to serve.

    Can be served with rice,roti,phulka.
