Dambun shinkafa with Shredded mutton and vegetables sauce
Cooking Instructions
- 1
I shared a recipe of steam rice grits (dambun shinkafa), but here I added a handful of fresh moringa leaves, check the link below for the previous recipe
- 2
For the sauce: pour in half a cup of oil in a clean pan, add diced onion, allow to sizzle, add in the shredded beef, fry for few minutes, add in diced pepper and scotch bonnet followed by pepper paste, stir well, now add ginger and garlic paste together with the seasonings, stir well and allow to cook for some minutes. (You can add a little water for the seasonings to dissolve). Turn off the heat and serve together with the dambun shinkafa. Enjoy 😋😋😋

Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce
The Singapore chicken rice with ginger sauce I had at a cafe was so delicious. So I came up with this recipe to make it easily at home. You don't need to use fresh coriander if you don't like it! (Actually, I don't like it myself.)You can use boiled chicken instead of cooking it with the rice! The boiled chicken has a firmer texture, so choose whichever you like. Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish Refreshing Pork Don Rice Bowl with Ponzu Sauce and Grated Daikon Radish
The usual sweet-salty sauce is great but sometimes you want to eat something refreshing with vinegar.I had a delicius pork donburi once with ponzu sauce once, so I tried making it myself. It's so light that you end up eating quite a lot of rice with it.Shred the cabbage finely. I save time by using grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by mikun cookpad.japan -
