I made a baked rice dish with some of my favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 80 gramsKimchi
  2. 1rice bowl's worth Plain cooked rice
  3. 1/4Avocado
  4. 1/4Tomato
  5. 1Egg
  6. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  7. 1 sliceEasy melt processed cheese singles ( or pizza cheese )

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut half of the kimchi into small pieces and mix together with the juice from the kimchi with the rice. Plate on a heat-resistant plate. Create a well in the center.

  2. 2

    Cut the avocado and tomato into small dice and cut the rest of the kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Mix with mayonnaise and scatter around the well you prepared in Step 1.

  3. 3

    Break an egg into the well and heat in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the egg is cooked. Then scatter cheese and bake it some more for about 5 more minutes until it turns a faint golden brown.
