You may separate the softer ones or mix when it cools completely before packaging

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgSliced Plantain
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1Peeled Ginger Chunk
  4. Vegetable Oil For Frying
  5. Chilli Pepper Powder (optional)1tbs

Cooking Instructions

    If using pepper,sprinkle in plantain slices and toss,set aside

  2. 2

    Heat up oil,add ginger chunk,when hot,add Plantain slices one by one

  3. 3

    Note: don't over pack for even heat distribution and doneness

  4. 4

    Flip side,when golden brown,repeat process

  5. 5

    Drain

  6. 6

    Drizzle lil salt while hot,toss,let it cool completely

  7. 7

    Package and enjoy
