Pizza Roll Empanadas
A good tied me over type dish.
Cooking Instructions

Slice and dice the pepperoni. Brown the meat add the sauce. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Lightly oil a baking sheet.

To a bowl add cheeses, sauce meat mixture, and pepperoni. Add 2 tablespoons mixture to disc. Add a little egg wash to the edge of disc. Sold and seal the empanadas by fold pinching around edge. Put on the coated with oil sheet. Coat outside top of empanadas.

Bake in oven 17-23 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
