  1. 1medium size cucumber (chopped)
  2. 1thumb size ginger
  3. 1large lemon
  4. 70ml-100ml of water
  5. 1 tbspnhoney(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender or fruit juicer, add in your chopped cucumber, chopped ginger and squeeze half lemon. Add the water if you are using blender.

    Blend the mixture,till all is smooth enough for the blender,sieve the shaft(optional), serve and enjoy.
