Cooking Instructions

Wash cucumber then slice it lenghtwise. Set aside.

In a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Make sure that the sugar are dissolved.

Place cucumber in a box with a cover. Then pour sauce. Mix it well until all are covered with the sauce.

Cover and chill in the fridge.
- 5
Bring it out anytime you want to eat.

Since the radishes were the elongated variety, I halved them lengthwise. The kombucha gives instant pickles a good taste.
