Ingredients

  1. 200 grseasoned pork meat
  2. 1/2red Bell pepper
  3. 200 grmushrooms
  4. 1grated clove garlic
  5. 2small red onions
  6. 50 mlvinegar
  7. 50 mlwater
  8. 2 tbsugar
  9. 2 tbsalt
  10. 1avocado
  11. 4 tbburger sauce of choice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the red onions into rings
    Mix the water,vinegar, salt and sugar.
    Put in the rings.
    Leave for 15 min

  2. 2

    Bake the mushrooms.
    Set aside

  3. 3

    Bake the meat with the Bell pepper.
    Meanwhile toast the pita bread and cut the avocado

  4. 4

    Assemble the pitabread. Put the sauce on the bread an put in the rest of the ingredients
