Steps

YEAST
- Combine sugar, yeast, milk and water into bowl
- Mix until sugar and yeast dissolve
- Set aside until yeast activates and froths - 2
DOUGH
- Combine flour, salt, thyme in bowl
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to yeast mixture
- Work in yeast to flour until dough forms
- Dust work space, knead 4-5 minutes
- Brush bowl with olive oil, place dough, cover with towel, let rise 40 minutes - 3
ROLLING
- Brush olive oil on working surface
- Press out air from dough
- Divide into six equal pieces, form into balls
- Roll into 20 cm discs - 4
COOK
- Put olive oil in pan
- Cook each side 1-2 minutes
