This cucumber salad is prepared in a different way. The taste is super delicious and flavourful.

I have used green coriander seeds from my own kitchen garden and it's a special ingredient that brings flavour and taste to a signature salad.

Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1.5 cupsliced cucumber
  2. 1 pinchchaat masala
  3. 1/5 Tsproasted cumin seeds powder
  4. 1/4 Tspblack salt
  5. as requiredSalt
  6. 1 Tspextra virgin olive oil
  7. 1/2 Tspwhite and black road sesame seeds
  8. 1/5 Tspred chilli flakes
  9. 1 Tspgreen coriander seeds

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl take the chopped cucumber.

    Add all the ingredients mentioned above one by one.

  3. 3

    Garnish with green coriander seeds and serve.

    P.S. If not consuming immediately, don't add salt as water is released and crunchiness of salad is affected.
