Ginger Pork Stir fry
I got reasonable pork. I love ginger.
Cooking Instructions

Slice the pork block. You can choose different kind of pork. Cut it agaist meat fiber.

After slice in thin pork.
Grated half onion. When you cut onion, don't cut off the edge - 3
Add sugar to marinate first. And then add the onion and grated little ginger.

Lastly add 1 tbsp mayonnaise to make pork nice and soft.
Mix them welland marinated for about 30 min. - 5
While the pork in the fridge to rest, need to prepare for the sauce.

Add everything together Soy sauce, Mirin, Cooking wine, and Grated Ginger in the small bowl.

Cut half onion in slice.

30 min later...
Put 3 tbsp corn starch to lightly cover the pork - 9
Prepare the pan. Put little oil and put all the pork before the heats on.

High heat to cook pork. Flip the pork then put onion top of the pork.

Adjust to middium heats and mix onion with pork.

About 10 min of cooking to see pork is completely cooked.

Add sauce and cook another 5 to 10 min.

After flavor goes into pork, it's done.
