This is typical weekend breakfast with full of proteins. It is healthy and less oil breakfast.
Cooking Instructions

Soak urad dal and rice for 5 - 6 hours. Grind soaked dal and rice to smooth paste.

Add idli rava to it. Mix it well.
Ferment this idli batter to 8-10 hours.Add salt and mix well.
Put batter in idli stand. Steam idlis for 10-15 minutes. - 3
For sambhar, Cook tur dal in cooker. Smash dal well.

Place kadhai and add oil for tempering. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing to oil.
Add curry leaves,sliced tomatoes, onions and potatoes to it. Ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, sambhar masala, salt and jaggery to it. - 5
Add cooked dal to it. Mix well.
Let it boil. Add coriander leaves.
Serve hot with idli. - 6
Serve hot idli sambhar.
