Paneer Methi Matar Malai is a flavourful North Indian dish with a rich cream milk based gravy made with paneer, nuts, fresh methi leaves ,milk and malai or cream. The nutty flavour and aroma of fresh methi or fenugreek leaves makes it all the more flavourful. The sweetness of green peas, alongwith paneer and rich cream balances the bitterness of methi leaves. There are several versions of recipe and this is the simplest way to make restaurant style paneer at home.
