    Sieve the flour and add baking powder and salt and mix it

    In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, vanilla and egg

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture in the flour and mix

  4. 4

    Add milk and mixed until it form a dough

  5. 5

    Roll the dough on a flat surface and cut

  6. 6

    Second cuts in to small size

  7. 7

    In a heat oil fry the chin chin

  8. 8

    Strain and serve
